As our Event Operations Host, you’ll work across our diverse portfolio of events, ensuring that each guest has the best possible TSH experience. You will master the art of providing exceptional service at all of our exciting events.
You will know our building inside and out, able to set up events at a moment’s notice. You’ll confidently answer any question that comes your way because you’re at the forefront of our guest-facing operations. You’ll have a deep understanding of our products and what’s included in each event. We're looking for someone that is available for 5 days per week, and is able to cover morning and evening shifts.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
* You will focus on setting up and breaking down all our event spaces before and after events, often working solo on these days.
* These rooms will be your responsibility – you’ll ensure they always look fabulous and are ready for guests. We have a keen eye for detail and rely on you to make sure everything is tip-top and up to standard every time.
* On event delivery days, you’ll give everyone a warm welcome as soon as they walk in and help be the face of our events at the hotel.
* You will serve our various food and drink offerings at multiple events.
* You will monitor and maintain event equipment and be a champion of the event storage area.
* You will be confident in using our in-house AV equipment, assisting delegates with any issues that may arise.
* Tidy home’s a happy home. You’ll make sure all areas are spick and span and ready for the next shift.
* You’ll be familiar with all our event packages and stay up to date with menu changes.
* You’ll be a secret concierge to the city, helping guests with recommendations on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party.
* You’ll assist guests with any requests related to our facilities (you might even pick up some new tech skills along the way!).
* On quieter days, you’ll support the F&B team in our work café and bar.
Who You Are
* You have at least one year of experience working in event operations, preferably in a multi-room environment.
* You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach — this is a physically demanding role involving moving furniture and equipment most days (so you might not need that gym membership!).
* You are confident working independently and getting the job done solo when needed.
* You’re a multi-tasker, ready to put your dexterity skills into action.
* You love responsibility and handle high-pressure peak periods like a pro.
* Fluent in English — know any other languages? The more, the merrier!
* Hardworking, responsible, and always ready with a "let’s do this!" mentality.
* You’re a UK citizen or legally allowed to work in the UK.
