Finance Senior Manager Team Lead - Planning and Reporting CoE (Centre of Excellence)
Location: London
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Team Lead within our Planning and Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the Finance Director of Firmwide Business Partnering, this role involves significant leadership and strategic responsibilities, working closely with the Finance Function and other senior leaders within PwC.
What your days will look like:
1. Annual Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, set guidelines, manage mid-term planning, and in-year forecasting.
2. Analysis & Assessment: Provide robust analysis and assessment of budget plans across all Lines of Service (LoS) and functions.
3. Third Party Management: Act as the UK lead for finance third-party management reporting and planning tools, ensuring effective use and sustainable vendor relationships.
4. Commercial Agreements: Manage commercial agreements with third-party vendors related to finance information and planning tools.
5. Management Information: Deliver high-quality, accurate, and consistent management information.
6. Metrics & Benchmarks: Collaborate with LoS Finance Directors on relevant metrics, benchmarks, and trends for decision-making.
7. AI & Technology Adoption: Lead the Finance AI agenda, focusing on machine learning and Gen AI, Power BI and Tableau dashboards and work with PwC Business Solutions, particularly UKIT.
8. Efficiency & Value: Drive efficiency through standardization and automation to deliver high-value insights.

6. Experience: Financial reporting and planning and hold a professional finance qualification.
Qualifications:
Must possess a finance qualification - CIMA, ACCA (or international equivalent).
