Client Administrator
We are looking for a positive and organised individual to join our growing administration team! James Todd & Co is a well-established, vibrant and expanding Accountancy practice based in Chichester.
Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Client Administrator to join our Chichester team and provide support to the Client Administration Manager. This includes the engagement of new clients, disengaging leaving clients and company secretarial work. The Client Administrator will also assist in one off projects and administration tasks as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process the engagement and disengagement of clients.
* Be responsible for company secretarial duties such as share transfers, director appointments, confirmation statements and meeting minutes.
* Assist with ad hoc project work.
* Ensure our procedures comply with the institutes regulations.
* Assist the Client Administration Manager as required.
* Perform other duties as required by the wider accounts team.

* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Bring a positive and can do approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good telephone manner when dealing with clients
* Be self motivated to work independently and as part of a team
* Be comfortable with using Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
