Do you like going for walks in the countryside and baking? Then this could be the role for you. I am a 27 year old lady. I have mental health difficulties, struggle with low mood and also have diagnosis of ADHD and Autism. I enjoy walking the family dogs, baking, accessing the community, going for a drive and having a coffee. I am looking for PA support for 6 hours per week, ideally on Wednesday and Thursday. I am looking for someone to encourage me and support me to feel less anxious. I find it hard to organise myself and need support with time management and writing a ‘to do list’, I would like to explore mindfulness activities to help me regulate myself and someone who will do activities alongside me, e.g., yoga
Duties include:
Moving and handling
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Looking after pets
Gardening
Candidate qualities:
