Job Title: Research Associate - Scientific
Candidates must be able to work, 100% onsite at Cambridge. Mon - Fri, normal business hours.

Must have list:
* Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory.
* Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required.
* Quick learner/open to learning.
Position Summary:
* This position will be part of the Translational Development Team in Cambridge MA.
* The team deploys high dimensional profiling tools such as spatial protein/RNA characterization to fill translational knowledge gaps relevant to our development pipelines.
* This role will support our team to answer key translational questions for our programs.
Position Responsibilities:
* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the latest generation Phenocycler Fusion and Visium.
* Prepare and manage reagents, perform reagent validation, and prepare slides for analysis.
* Maintain accurate records of samples and reagents, and organize inventory.
* Perform routine data transferring.
* Assist in the development of new reagents.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
* Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
* Ideal candidates will be quick learners, comfortable with new technologies, and possess excellent hands-on and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
* Skills for effective and timely communication with colleagues.
* 3-5 years of lab-related experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
* Contingent worker will be primarily in a laboratory environment and may work with hazardous materials, including tissue and blood samples.
