Project Manager - Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation Works

We are working with a leading Social Housing / regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Project Manager to deliver Social Housing Retrofit refurbishment schemes, including Window and Door replacements, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, and Heating to tenanted mid-rise housing association properties in and around Heathrow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or a Senior Site Manager looking for a step up. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Managers and multi-disciplined tradespeople.
Daily Responsibilities of the successful Project Manager will include:
1. Lead retrofit projects from start to finish, collaborating with in-house and external teams including retrofit assessors and designers.
2. Ensure projects are safe, high-quality, and optimized for performance, maintaining PAS2030/PAS2035 compliance throughout.
3. Manage all day-to-day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
4. Identify discrepancies and take appropriate actions, reporting back to management when this occurs.
5. Work closely and meet with clients and stakeholders on-site to survey and complete property condition reports.
6. Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of new projects.
7. Conduct site visits to undertake inspections of works and/or liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors, or statutory bodies to resolve any issues and ensure high satisfaction is achieved.
8. Maintain Health and Safety and environmental management.
9. Draw up construction phase safety plans and ensure the safe delivery set out within each plan.
10. Understand and manage all client expectations while maintaining good working relations.
11. Complete project handover and ensure everything is defect/snag free.
