An award-winning law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to fee earners, including audio and copy typing, preparing legal forms (Oyez), and handling client correspondence.
* Answer calls professionally, maintain client records, and ensure accurate file management.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and third parties.
* Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry into the case management system.
* Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
* Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
