Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential support to fee earners, including audio and copy typing, preparing legal forms (Oyez), and handling client correspondence. Answer calls professionally, maintain client records, and ensure accurate file management. Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and third parties. Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry into the case management system. Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. Fast and accurate typing skills. Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
