My client is an exciting wholesale and retail company in a fast growing FMCG sector.
They are expanding and need a additional member for their Internal Account Management Team.
You will be joining a great team who will welcome you as they need the extra support it’s busy and sales are growing. You will looking after your own portfolio of existing clients and managing a significant pipeline of new business so your £12K bonus is virtually guaranteed.
So What Will Your Role Be?
Management of a portfolio of UK accounts which include Wholesalers, Independent Retailers and E commerce sites
Initially a new business focused role, liaising with buyers and distributors to identify strategic opportunities and growth into new customers and retail space
Being a self-motivator and sales driven with the ambition to bring in new business opportunities
Ensuring there is a clear pipeline of prospective customers by defining the sales pipeline for the business including meeting monthly and annual revenue targets
Promoting the full range of brands while representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, regularly reporting back findings to improve the company’s performance/ increase knowledge sharing within the team
Being accountable for the sales performance by having the desire to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintaining high standards of exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
Offering bespoke services to a varied account base by adapting approaches to customers
Embracing the industry to promote the product and premium brand on offer, demonstrating the benefits for retailers to stock products
Generating sales leads through prospecting retailers and distributors
Who is the YOU we are looking for?
Proven sales experience in delivering success in fast changing dynamic markets
Retail and Wholesale Sales experience
Previous experience of working in a trading/selling environment
Highly self- motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to relate to all levels of consumers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven entrepreneurial approach delivering success in fast changing dynamic markets
Demonstratable successful negotiation skills and commercial acumen
