Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing solutions. This role is responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by the marketing team, communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best in class work. From banner ads, social medis posts, Illustrations, web pages, conference booths to printed documents, this person is responsible for ensuring brand consistency and impact through-out all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing creative concepts and executions across a variety of branding, marketing collateral and campaign materials
* Create impactful digital designs for web, social media, email campaigns and digital ads as well as print designs for conference booths, printed documents (brochures, flyers….) and branded merchandise.
* Lead the design process from end to end, including planning, the UX, UI design, wireframing, input on prototyping and creating design systems
* Source, brief and manage specialised free-lancers as required (video production, animation….)
* Manage deadline, workload, and feedback iterations
* Ensure our visual brand identity and tone of voice are interpreted correctly and consistently across all assets and materials
Skills and Experience
* Excellent creative eye with an obsession for detail and a passion for design
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth small/medium company
* Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Proficiency in Figma and experience with digital prototyping
* Have a deep understanding of design principles and how to apply these
* Appreciation of the importance of combining great UI, UX and CX
