The Role We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Rapport team, to help facilitate on innovative projects with expressive digital characters. You will play a key role in supporting the product management team in the development and enhancement of our platform, Rapport. Our platform launched last year, and we are already gaining traction in a new digital experience proposition. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our product and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will work with the Head of Product to translate user needs into design inputs and product features. You’ll work in collaboration with our product, engineering, creative and marketing teams. This role will require in-person attendance in our Edinburgh office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Product Discovery Support: - Assist in user interviews and feedback collection - Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor products - Help prioritize feature requests based on business impact and customer feedback Backlog & Feature Management: - Assist in writing detailed product requirements for new features or enhancements - Help manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories and tasks are well-defined Data Analysis & Insights: - Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, or opportunities - Create and maintain reports to track product performance and progress toward key goals - Participate in the testing and evaluation of complementary technologies Cross-functional Collaboration: - Assist in the delivery of innovative user experiences and demos that enhance and highlight the technical capabilities of Rapport - Work with our Marketing team to support feature launches by assisting with communication plans and release notes Please note the above is not exhaustive.
