Yeovil College is looking for reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team on a casual basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, can follow regulations, and enjoy providing support to students during exams, we’d love to hear from you!
As an Exam Invigilator, you will oversee both paper-based and computer-based exams, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in compliance with JCQ and external regulations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of each exam session, ensuring the examination room is properly organised, and supporting candidates throughout the exam. Key responsibilities include ensuring candidates’ identification, assisting with special arrangements, and adhering to all instructions given before and during each session. Working closely with other members of the examinations and invigilation teams, you’ll help to create a professional and secure environment for all candidates.
