We're looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills to join our well-known global client as an Order Management Analyst. If you've worked with SAP and have a keen eye for analysing orders, this could be the perfect next step in your career!
Role:
1. Inventory checks
2. Order confirmation
3. Ensure pricing is set up for promotions and changing seasons
4. Order to Cash management for multiple delivery channels
5. Receipt and processing of standard and sample orders (including EDI)
6. Invoice queries management with Accounts Receivable
7. Manage customer queries and investigate any issues accordingly
8. Goods outbound and goods shipped
9. Report changes to delivery status, rejections, change in lead times and quantity changes
10. Manage customer credits
11. Ensure the correct amount of stock is held in the warehouses
12. Support the Head of Management UK with reporting
13. Liaise directly with the warehouse to coordinate all repacks, labelling and special deliveries
14. General administration duties
15. Onboard new customers
16. Deliver the highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts
17. Product shipping documents
You must:
1. Have used SAP, D365 or equivalent
2. Excellent Excel knowledge using Pivot Table and V Lookups
3. Able to work well within a global team
4. Order management experience
5. Have excellent communication skills
6. Have a positive attitude
7. Customer service orientation
8. Be able to work in a pressured environment
