About Us
Our nursery is more than just a place of learning—it is a home away from home for the children we care for. We have been a part of the local community for years, providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Our team is dedicated to giving every child the best start in life, helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and leading exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Observing and documenting children's development and achievements
* Building strong relationships with children and parents, fostering trust and open communication
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
* Supporting children’s emotional and social development, offering reassurance and encouragement when needed
* Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere
What We Are Looking For

* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification
* Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
* A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to implement it in an engaging way
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and supporting children's development
What We Offer
* A rewarding role where you can make a real impact on young lives
* Competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (no evenings or weekends)
* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
* A supportive and friendly team environment where your contributions are valued
* Career progression opportunities within the nursery
