My client based very near to central Uxbridge with free car parking on site are looking for an organised accounts whizz with experience using QuickBooks Online.
HOURS ARE PART TIME 4 DAYS OR 5 DAYS 25-30 HOURS EACH WEEK
Responsibilities
* Oversee the issuing sales invoices/credits to customers
* Run Customer Statements weekly
* Credit control responsibilities to contact clients and ensure timely payments
* Processing purchase invoices and manage payments to suppliers and third-party vendors
* Checking and posting receipts to accounting system
* Managing employee expense claims ensuring the correct process is followed
* Record overhead expenses, bills and credit card transactions
* Monitoring bank accounts
* Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
* Preparing management accounts, financial statements for the directors
* Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
* Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
* Ensuring all transactions are entered for quarterly VAT return purposes
* Identify and address discrepancies
* Dealing with customer/supplier queries
* Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closes
* Managing staff travel and credit card policies
* Additional ad-hoc reporting/tasks/administrative duties as required
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of QuickBooks Online
* Organised and attention to detail
* Trustworthy and Honest
* Advanced Excel Skills (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
* Use initiative and Meet deadlines
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hours
* Part time, flexible hours to suit both parties
* Office Based, but with some flexibility to be discussed
