At JoJo, we’re looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Brand to join us on our exciting journey. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll ensure our brand remains consistent, compelling and relevant to our customers while driving forward innovative strategies for growth.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll lead our Creative Services, Marketing and PR teams, steering brand strategy and supporting our ambitious development plans. From enhancing customer connection to exploring new markets, you’ll help us continue to grow our reputation as a trusted family brand.
A peek into your daily adventures
1. Leading the evolution of JoJo Maman Bébé’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
2. Developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that captivate and inspire our diverse customer base.
3. Creating a robust marketing calendar that aligns with trading goals and promotional activities.
4. Overseeing PR, organic and paid media, influencers, and partnerships to grow brand visibility.
5. Partnering with our internal teams and external agencies, including the Next Total Platform team, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
6. Analysing customer insights to inform strategies that enhance customer loyalty and acquisition.
7. Leading, mentoring and inspiring our talented Creative Services, Marketing and PR teams to innovate, collaborate, and achieve outstanding results.
8. Supporting our CEO in developing strategies for our brand including international and B2B growth.
Skills That Make You Shine
1. Proven experience in a Head of Brand or similar leadership role within the retail sector, preferably with international exposure.
2. Strong creative vision and analytical expertise to align brand activities with business objectives.
3. Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated multichannel marketing strategies.
4. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
5. Commercially minded with expertise in customer insight analysis to drive targeted marketing efforts.
6. In depth understanding of performance marketing strategies across SEO, PPC and social channels and how they drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
7. Experience with forward thinking brands, shaping customer centric strategies and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
8. A history of success in international retail marketing.
9. Passion for sustainability and integrating it into brand storytelling and strategy.
10. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
11. Resilient, adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
