Are you looking to get in the world of Compliance? Perhaps you already work in Transport Compliance looking for that new challenge? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland.
You will be a key member of the Transport Office, being responsible for supporting the Transport Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of the vehicle on a daily basis. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,950.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Driver briefing and debriefing in accordance with the compliance record
2. Support accident management where applicable
3. Ensure both colleagues and contractors are following and understanding the company's H&S Policy
4. Day-to-day management of the Driver rota

2. Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
3. Previous role with a high level of administrative duties is desirable
