About the Role
The Sports Coaching and Employability Supervisor will oversee and support all sports outreach and volunteering initiatives within the QMSU Sport and Employability Academy (SEA), including the development and delivery of student coaching and officiating programs. They will also assist in the overseeing of the development of professional coaches across QMSU Club Sport and performance sport, ensuring high standards of training and support for all participants. Additionally, they will provide assistance to the performance athlete support and development programs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a degree or considerable equivalent relevant experience in a sport related subject and Sports Coaching/Officiating Qualification.
You will have Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to support and motivate a team of coaches.
