* Lead, develop and motivate workshop and field team members to achieve the targets set
* Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures
* Support planning and allocation of resources and budgets of engineering projects
* Own and manage training and tools log for all team members
* Coordinate engineering activities according to the organisational guidelines
* Support overtime and expenses claims review and approval
* Preparation and review of RAMS and job cards
* Perform work-in-progress and post-completion audits
