Finance Administrator Immediate start, part-time hours three days per week 9am till 4pm (Thurs is essential, flexable on day two & three either Mon, Tues or Wed), Temporary, NN17 1QE Due to continued success a head office location of a small local manufacturing company who provide their services throughout the UK & Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join them. You will provide support to the finance director: Providing day to day support the Finance Director Posting sales & purchase invoices on to system Requesting copies invoices from suppliers when required Matching P.O.D's with invoices, liaising internally and with suppliers re any discrepancies Processing time-sheet and expenses for payroll Administration support related to the departmentWe would expect the successful Finance Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good eye for detail, and strong working knowledge of Excel, and knowledge of Xero accounting package would be advantageous but not essential. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Accounts Administration, Finance Administration or Accounts Support position.
