As part of this role, you will complete the following tasks:
1. Providing support from file opening to file closure
2. Management of meeting room and fee earner diary
3. Assisting in accordance with professional standards (including SRA and CQS) and internal firm requirements
4. Adherence to AML, client care and compliance procedures
5. Providing full support to the fee earner to enable them to operate efficiently
6. Preparing correspondence using our case management system
7. Assisting in the firm’s filing
8. Ordering searches
9. Assisting in the team administration including taking calls and directing accordingly
10. Emailing and corresponding with various parties on cases
11. Preparing correspondence and ensuring client information and documentation are saved and maintained on the firm’s Case Management System
12. Assisting with post duties when required
13. Ensuring the confidentiality of the client and firm’s information and documentation at all times
14. Assisting with reception duties and dealing with clients face-to-face
As part of this programme, you will complete the level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is the perfect entry into a professional working environment. It will provide the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours that are desirable within any business sector and will also provide foundation skills that can be developed and built on to progress into supervisory roles.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
