Overview
As a Protection Advisor, you will be supporting our existing Mortgage Advisors by providing protection quotes to our existing and new clients, no cold calling is required. Good salary and commission structure, flexibility with hours and potential for hybrid working.
Duties
1. Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing them to various insurance products.
2. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain insurance options and benefits to clients.
4. Assist in the sales administration process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
5. Market insurance products effectively, utilising your negotiation skills to secure sales.
6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for future reference.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
1. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is highly desirable.
2. Familiarity with insurance sales processes is advantageous but not essential.
3. Proven ability to negotiate and market products effectively.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement is essential.
