Reporting to the Regional field Manager the successful Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for planning maintenance tasks, leading a team of Field Engineers and delivering our highways technology maintenance contracts for the Eastern Area ( the top of M25, M4, M11and bottom of the M1, A14, M40, A1(M))

What you'll do:
* Ability to plan and organize work schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and budgets.
* Meet all service delivery SLA/KPI requirements whilst maintaining a professional attitude
* Effective planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, creating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
* Travel within the assigned area to complete site inspections.
* Be responsive to any issues that arise, applying a solution-oriented mindset to overcome obstacles
* Ensuring that all members of the team comply with health and safety regulations, and that all work is conducted in a safe manner, especially when working on motorways/busy roadways
