To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Commerce Manager for Rapid Delivery Beverages. This role is critical to innovating, developing, and driving future e-Commerce business across the rapid delivery channel. The key to this role is being able to take a strategic, collaborative, and consultative approach to identify and unlock future growth.
* 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities
* Establish and deploy channel and customer strategies, including unlocking new brand opportunities.
* Develop and lead the evaluation of new eCommerce opportunities across partners, building credible and specific online Joint Business Plans.
* Achieve annual agreed targets for Net Revenue, Share, Bevs KPIS, whilst maximising Trade Investments.
* Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo Beverages products on platform.
* Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions.
* Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans.
* Partner with the broader global e-Commerce leadership team to determine the correct expansion plan to drive growth within Australia relative to strong understanding of the constraints and needs of the customer.
* Build internal wirings between businesses and lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable and proven experience and a track record of exceptional eCommerce experience, in particular on-demand delivery and commerce media.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and disruptive thinker willing to challenge the existing assumptions and guardrails within e-Commerce to accelerate the growth.
* Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.
* Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.
* Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets.
* Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
* Results driven with ‘can do’ attitude, a high degree of drive and curiosity.
* Strong analytical thinking capability, pro-actively challenges the ‘status quo’.
* Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
* Can succeed in ambiguity – Highly adaptable in less-structured, fast-paced environments; ability to quickly determine solutions to financial issues.
