This role is crucial in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, adhering to compliance at all times. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and inspections. Booking jobs with Engineers Answering Calls Checking emails Entering data on Company databases Assisting with general office tasks Liaising with customers to meet service levels Troubleshoot and resolve issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Qualifications Experience in a similar role is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
