This role is essential in supporting the project delivery team, ensuring smooth project documentation management, effective communication, and seamless coordination among team members, clients, and vendors. You will also play a key role in Work in Progress (WIP) and debt management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all project documentation, ensuring accurate updates and distribution. Maintain project status updates, schedules, cash flow forecasts, and data within project management tools. Prepare and present project status reports for internal teams and clients. Track project performance metrics, including SLAs & KPIs, to support the Project Manager. Schedule and coordinate project meetings and communication plans. Assist with budget tracking, schedule updates, and project administration deliverables. Support contract-related tasks, such as tender openings, contract management, and compliance tracking. Process project commitments, including Agreements, Contracts, Work Authorizations, and Purchase Orders. Review invoices and pay applications for compliance with governance and client requirements. Manage WIP and debt, ensuring financial health and timely invoicing. Assist in project close-out procedures, including documentation archiving and compliance checks. Act as a point of contact for escalated project matters, ensuring smooth progression. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2 years in a similar role. Education: Good basic education, including GCSE English & Maths. Desirable: Higher education (A-Level, HNC/D, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) would be beneficial. Interested?
