Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for Vault X. This role will oversee all digital channels, including social media, the company e-commerce & marketplace sites, content management, SEO, digital advertising, and budget management. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving brand growth and engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
o Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
o Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
2. Social Media Management:
o Oversee and grow the company’s presence across all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).
o Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
o Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to optimize content and reach.
3. Web Management & Ecommerce:
o Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s e-commerce and marketplace channels, ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines.
o Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance the website’s functionality, performance, and aesthetics.
o Utilise analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
4. Content Management:
o Create and manage high-quality content across all digital platforms, including product listings, blog posts, articles, videos, and other media.
o Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand messages.
o Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand values.
5. SEO:
o Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website.
o Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
o Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to improve search engine visibility.
6. Digital Advertising:
o Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
o Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and within budget.
o Analyze and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
7. Budget Management:
o Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.
o Track and report on expenditures, ensuring budget adherence and effective allocation of resources.
o Forecast future digital marketing spend based on campaign performance and business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, content management, and digital advertising.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
