Key Responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons. Assisting children with their learning, with a particular focus on phonics and early literacy skills. Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. Preparing resources and maintaining an organised, positive classroom environment. Supervising children during activities, playtimes, and transitions. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with children in an educational setting. Demonstrate a good understanding of phonics teaching and early literacy development.
