To continue the growth of this service, the Swimming Development Team are looking to recruit a team of casual swimming teachers to support with the delivery of our swimming lessons.
The role will be to teach swimming and other related aquatic activities to children and adults. Swimming may be taught to school groups or private out of school swimming lessons or both.
Ensure the smooth, safe operation of the Swimming Development Scheme and to provide high quality customer care.
The ideal candidate will have a level 2 Swim England swimming teachers’ qualification or equivalent, be able to work on own initiative and within a team. Be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
