Beyond Rest Wembley is a state-of-the-art float, Hocatt & red light centre providing services to the general public, enthusiasts, athletes, professionals, artists, students and anybody else who wishes to benefit from the total relaxation that sensory deprivation provides and fat loss from the red light therapy.
Beyond Rest was the first Floatation brand in Australia opening up 10 years ago. We are passionate about how our services can profoundly impact people’s lives.
The Role:
The primary responsibility is exceptional customer service, pre and post-measurements of clients' bodies, wrapping clients in red light, helping clients enter the Hocatt Ozone chamber, cleaning and sales of appointments to support the growth of the Beyond Rest business. This is done through key measurements being sales/customer service outcomes and increasing membership revenues. Working closely with the management, you will drive customer engagement and retention, membership & pack sales, and maintain the centre with cleanliness and brand uplift.
You will work cohesively within a team, promote healthy team culture and coordinate the Beyond Rest staff timetable. You will have a passionate interest in the health and wellness industry and be proficient in administration, sales, caring for clients and customer service.
The Beyond Rest Wembley wellness customer service role is customer-facing and represents the image, services and culture of the business to both customers and the local community.
Casual Work Times Available - 25-30 hours a week:
Friday-Saturday-Sundays - 9.30 am - 10 pm. (Days and Evenings) With this position, we require availability for weekday evenings, and both days and evenings on the weekends. Shifts won't be longer than 8 hours.

1. Body Contouring red light therapy & measuring of client's bodies
2. Sales choreography around our therapies and their benefits.
3. Maintaining cleanliness in the centre and floatation rooms.
4. Make sure floatation pods function smoothly (all training provided for this)
5. Manage water chemical balance in floatation pods
Job-Related Experience:
1. 7-10 years of customer service experience
2. Highly preferred to have a previous sales/goal-driven environment
3. Highly prefer to have previous health and well-being industry experience
4. Confident with EFTPOS, CRM, and social media platforms
5. Cleanliness skills and attitude
6. Ability to work in a very slow yet fast-paced environment
7. Ability to solve complex problems if required
8. Ability to relate to customers and build rapport to resolve issues in the calmest manner possible.
