Job summary This is an exciting developmental oppurtunity from a Band 2 Support Worker to a Band 3 Senior Support Worker. You will be part of a team supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs in the services they access and their wider community. The service comprises of four individual flats to empower the people we support to live independently and enjoy a variety of activities, and also ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
