Key Responsibilities
* Source top talent via database, social media, and referrals.
* Meet candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
* Advise clients on hiring strategies and manage the full recruitment process.
* Write compelling job adverts and present polished candidate profiles.
* Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
* Secure new business and convert leads from various channels.
* Build long-term client relationships and sell our full suite of services.
* Conduct account reviews to explore new opportunities.
* Strengthen key client relationships and maximise service delivery.
* Maintain accurate data and conduct regular review meetings.
* Mentor junior consultants and support team growth.
* Contribute to hiring and training future team members.
* Lead by example in business development and client service.

* Proven success in recruitment or sales, ideally in a specialist sector.
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
* Professionalism, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous sales or recruitment experience.
* Experience working within a target-driven environment.
* Setting & achieving goals in a professional setting.
* Experience developing profitable customer accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Comprehensive understanding of a sales and/or recruitment business environment.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in a similar business.
* Vocational experience in Procurement, Buying, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Experience recruiting within a similar market and vertical.
Qualifications / Training
* Maths and English GCSE grade C or above or equivalent qualification (Essential).
* Degree educated or related industry qualification (Desirable).
