SEMH Teaching Assistant - Burgess Hill
Position: Grade 6 Teaching Assistant
Hours: 32.5 per week
Schedule: Term Time Only

1. Demonstrate excellence in practice with high expectations for all pupils
2. Show a passion for child-centred learning
3. Possess strong organisational and communication skills, and enjoy teamwork
4. Ideally, have experience working with young people
5. Contribute positively to our school's ethos
6. Commit firmly to inclusion and equal opportunities for all
Role Requirements:
7. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
8. A good educational background across various subjects
9. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths
10. Understanding of the national curriculum and relevant learning programs
11. Knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation
