Brief intro to the role:
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight and strategy across the business. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of commercial acumen, deep analytical capabilities, and experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
* Own annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and 5 year planning processes.
* Business Partnering across Sales, CS, Product and Marketing business leaders to provide financial insights, align financial plans to GTM execution and drive operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms.
* Conduct scenario analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.
* Drive automation and improvements in financial reporting and analytics.
Who you are:
* Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 4-6 years of experience within FP&A.
* Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR/ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, NRR, gross margins). Ability to model and track payback periods, cohort analysis and gross margin efficiency to optimise growth strategies.
* Experience in multi-region pricing strategies is a big plus.
* Strong experience building driver-based forecasting models to support rapid scaling and multi-product rollouts.
* Superstar financial modeller with exceptional analytical skills.
* Partner with our Data and RevOps teams to uncover hidden growth opportunities.
* Experience in scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and burn rate management to ensure balance between growth and capital efficiency.
* Experience business partnering with senior leadership and driving strategic decision-making.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
* Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Abacum, or similar).
* Create dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories, not just show numbers.
* Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity is a plus.
* ACA, CIMA, or CFA qualification is preferred but not essential.
