Role: New Business Administrator
Location: Woodford, Essex
Proper Recruitment have an exciting Office Support vacancy available for an established Estate Agent client of ours based in Woodford, Essex who are looking for a New Business Administrator.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Communicate with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
3. Administration: Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews: Focus on increasing the company’s awareness & image.
Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Proficient IT skills.
5. Full UK Driving License preferable.
6. Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
7. Strong at timekeeping and time management.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Tenure: Available for both Full-Time and Part-Time.
