To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Experience in a similar conveyancing or paralegal role (though training will be provided).
A proactive approach to managing deadlines and handling pressure.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.
A professional and approachable manner, both with clients and colleagues.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Managing client onboarding, including file creation and due diligence.
Preparing and issuing contract packs and property searches.
Handling pre-completion tasks such as SDLT forms, completion statements, and accounts indents.
Liaising with clients and third parties to handle enquiries.
Keeping client files up-to-date, both electronically and physically.
Completing post-completion tasks and archiving files.
Supporting the team with general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is up £26,000 Depending on experience
