Security Contract Manager- Role Overview
We are working with a prestigious security guarding services provider to recruit for Contract Manager, overseeing the delivery of security services across 11 corporate sites predominately in the central London area.
Reporting to the Regional Manager this role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to lead and develop teams, drive operational excellence, and build strong client relationships.

They are seeking a security operations professional or experienced Contract Manager with a proven background in leading teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate, data centre, or public sectors and be comfortable managing teams, addressing security challenges, and driving client satisfaction.

* Strong leadership abilities to motivate, lead, and develop teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levels.
* Ability to balance client-focused service delivery with internal financial responsibilities, including managing a £3M P&L.

Key Responsibilities of a Contract Manager
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and value for money.
* Performance Management: Own and improve KPIs, benchmarking performance to ensure continual improvement.
* Security Operations: Oversee the delivery of manned services, remote security management, key holding, and risk management.
* Planning & Oversight: Conduct risk reviews, inspections, and tests to enhance security functions across the portfolio.
* Leadership & Welfare: Manage officer welfare, empower teams, and ensure suppliers exceed client expectations.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Create a secure and sustainable environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Customer Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their decision-making processes with strategic insights.
