Pentagon Huddersfield are looking for an experienced Motor Industry professional to identify, based on individual suitability and requirements, appropriate funding and insurance options for customers and meet agreed profitability targets.As a Company, we place a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction which is paramount to meet and exceed sales targets. Management of Huddersfield Facebook and Twitter, keeping it local to what ishappening and coming up in the local community.2. Monitor competitors in the local area to check on offers, promotions for Sales &Aftersales, come up with ideas and put in to action how Pentagon Huddersfield canrespond to this.3. Check SI2 reports on a monthly basis.4. Work with Managers to come up with ideas and promotions for advertising on amonthly basis.5. Produce quarterly Adapt Marketing Plans for Seat and Cupra6. Build up relationships by putting together a Pentagon Huddersfield Profile for thefollowing:a) Local Businesses for Associate Dealsb) Small Businesses for Commercial Vansc) Sports professionals for leasingd) Motability customerse) Individual customersf) Local schools7. Produce monthly mail shots in conjunction with MB Advertising.8. Organise posters and marketing for all departments, promote what we have tooffer. Ensure all signage around the site is always up to date with current offersand promotions, to include advertising on our on- site televisions.9. Monitor if the advertising is working:a) Check Media Hawk – Ensure the teams are asking the right questions.b) Check feedback from customers – How did they find out about PentagonHuddersfield10. Organise on site and off site events, look for new initiatives for example:Motability coffee mornings, Ladies workshops.11. Encourage site integration across the whole of Pentagon HuddersfieldThe working hours for this role are 5 days a week as per the Sales Rota and does include some Saturday working. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will:
16. Have experience in target driven, Motor Trade sales.
17. Show the ability to organise, prioritise and reprioritise workloads
18. Possess good negotiation skills and have the ability to tailor presentations to individual customer needs.
19. Demonstrate and ensure compliance with our operating processes as well as industry regulations and legislation.
20. Lead by example and motivate the team, ensuring that this is demonstrated throughout the department, irrespective of the volume of work within the department at any one time.
21. Have up to date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices with strong, relevant and practical knowledge of modern business methods and controls.
22. Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude to work
