The Urology business unit is hiring for a Territory Sales Manager to join the team, this is a field based role where you will travel around North Yorkshire, Northumberland, Newcastle, Leeds promoting the Olympus Urology products. his post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the Olympus Surgical product range on their territory. The role involves demonstrating medical/surgical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support What are the key responsibilities of this position? You will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Urology portfolio of your department and your territory. This will involve you demonstrating equipment across your portfolio demonstrating robust product knowledge & selling skills. knowledge and selling skills. Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities. Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio. Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions meetings. Proactively use the Integrated Sales Process & relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities A robust understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
