Lakeside Primary School is a large and busy primary school in Hatherley. The Headteacher seeks to appoint an outstanding and self-motivated professional to the post of Family Support Worker to work with families in our school as part of the Lakeside Intervention and Safeguarding team.
The role will involve working with parents to enable them to identify, acknowledge and meet their own and their children’s needs, develop life skills, make and sustain effective change and reduce vulnerability. We are looking for applicants who are wholeheartedly committed to giving children and their families the support they need to enable children to thrive in school and be the best that they can be and are prepared to work hard to achieve this. You will be supported by the senior leadership team and the Lakeside Behaviour, Pastoral and Safeguarding team; dedicated, hardworking colleagues who put the children at the heart of everything they do in this highly rewarding role.

Grade 6 SCP range 15-20 (FTE 29,093 to £31,586)
