The Role
* Vacuum all carpeted areas and sweep all other areas.
* Spot clean walls.
* Clean and polish windows.
* Dust all areas/surfaces.
* Empty general waste rubbish bins and replace liner.
* Remove rubbish off premises and dispose of as per local regulations.
* Damp dust/wipe desks (if clear of paperwork).
* Clean both the male and female toilets using products as instructed.
* Replace/refill toilet rolls, paper towels, and liquid soap dispensers.
* Collect crockery and cutlery from office space.
* Wash and dry all unclean dishes/cutlery.
* Ensure all kitchen appliances are cleaned.
* Clean out the refrigerator.
* Maintain a neat and tidy kitchen area.
* Ensure guest crockery is locked away.
* Ensure that there is milk on a daily basis.
* Inform Office Manager of low stock levels of coffee, tea, toilet roll, etc.
* Inform Office Manager and buy with authorization other supplies of cutlery, towels, crockery, etc.
* Provide tea and coffee and other refreshments for guests.
* Observe and comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Code of Practice for cleaning staff.
* Comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality.
* Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
* Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills:
* Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
* Able to stand for extended periods of time.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
* Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
