Seeking Senior Permanent Recruiters or Billing Managers with a proven track record of recruiting in the perms market within the Automotive or Nuclear sector, looking for a new opportunity either homebased or hybrid.
Our client is a large boutique agency established since 1999, with more than 70 branches across the UK. Due to expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/ Manager or Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years' perms experience within the Automotive or Nuclear sector to build and expand their perms business across the UK.
My client has a very low staff turnover and offers a fun working environment, along with support from their Directors and Senior Management team. They operate with ethics and honesty at the heart of their business, focusing on creating an amazing customer journey and nurturing long-term high-supply relationships.
The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the recruitment industry and within the perms market in the Automotive or Nuclear sector. This role is ideal for a proven, billing-driven perms recruiter with strong skills in business development, winning new business accounts, client management, candidate sourcing, headhunting, and vacancy management.
This is a homebased or hybrid role, and the successful candidate will have the full support of the perms director, a clear career path, and total autonomy for their perms desk/division. In the future, they will be able to recruit and manage a team of consultants.
