**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice on booking cars for their wedding or event. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and emails, providing tailored advice and information on available cars.
- Processing bookings, managing payments, and ensuring all details are accurately captured.
- Planning itineraries for wedding and event days, ensuring cars arrive on time and logistics are smooth.
- Liaising with car suppliers to confirm availability, special requests, and any necessary adjustments.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by offering friendly, professional support.
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the booking process and customer experience.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the wedding, event, or travel industries.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a remote work setting.
- Confident in handling payments and bookings.
- Friendly and approachable, with a passion for helping customers create unforgettable moments.
- Comfortable using computers, booking software, and handling multiple tasks.
- Willingness to attend training sessions in West Yorkshire as required.
