St Gemma’s Hospice is seeking an Estates & Facilities Admin Co-ordinator to work within our busy multi-disciplined Estates & Facilities Team. As our Estates & Facilities Admin Co-ordinator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The Main Responsibilities Of The Role Are:
* Support the Head of Estates & Facilities to prepare papers and proposals for Committees and the Board of Trustees, the Hospice Leadership Team.
* Review, update and prepare Policy and SOP documents for the Head of Estates & Facilities and Department Managers.
* Preparatory work for internal and external meetings and ensure that the necessary documentation is available. Distribute agendas, take minutes, record actions and assist with follow-up as necessary.
* Deal with enquiries directly, ensuring a proactive approach to seeking information, determining urgency, deciding/advising on courses of action and following up.
