* Driver with use of vehicle to enable them to be mobile within the County
Skills & Knowledge
Essential Criteria
* Experience of working in an MDT
* Ability to work with patients in possibly emotionally changed atmospheres
* Experience of teaching colleagues and other healthcare professionals including Student Dietitians
* Excellent communication skills including basic counselling skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team, recognising own and others limitations; prioritise and manage own and others caseload
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Developed critical appraisal and clinical reasoning skills
Desirable Criteria
* Motivational interviewing skills
Experience
Essential Criteria
* Post registration clinical experience obtained within a range of acute/community/social care settings. Experience of teaching groups. Work involving contact with people.
Qualification
Essential Criteria
* Degree or equivalent post grad qualification leading to registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Dietitian
* Appropriate range of post registration specialist professional knowledge and experience acquired through recognised academic study and practical clinical education
Desirable Criteria
* Leadership course
* Membership of British Dietetic Association (BDA)
* Member of British Dietetic Specialist Group e.g. mental health
* Completed student education training

* Some flexibility to meet the needs of the post; possible evening/weekend sessions (occasional)
