This role is responsible for technology and production support within the Bupa campus & Clinical Training Academy. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot technical issues and be an expert across all the on-site technology and AV equipment. This role will also own the media and podcast facility and support business leaders in creation of podcasts, webinars, events and streaming, along with campus digital marketing materials. You will be the first point of contact for all things tech in the physical facility and manage escalations & 2nd line support. How you’ll help us make health happen: Install, configure, and operate AV equipment (projectors, sound systems, microphones, speakers, cameras, recording/editing software, video conferencing systems). Ensure stable technology for live events and presentations. Perform regular testing and troubleshooting. Operate audio mixing boards for clear audio. Use software to control AV technologies. Update inventory database for gear management. Plan and oversee production processes. Collaborate with leads and content owners for AV setup and quality maintenance. Manage video and media room for recording, editing, and production, competent with filming equipment. Ensure technology meets learner accessibility needs. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors. Collaborate with production teams to improve workflow and technology use. Train campus team on basic tech requirements. Support content design and maintenance of learning platform landing pages. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Expertise setting up and operating audio equipment including mixers, mics, amplifiers, wiring etc. Up-to-date awareness of AV technologies and their features The ability to visually inspect and test equipment to diagnose issues Skill repairing and maintaining AV components Analytical and risk assessment abilities.
