We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Coordinator/Order Processor to join our knowledgeable team. You must be passionate about attention to detail and delivering first-class customer service to all our internal and external customers.
As the first point of contact, you will be an ambassador for the business and ensure the customer is getting what they want and when they expect it.
Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment is an essential requirement for this role, as well as the desire to learn and develop your product knowledge to answer any technical questions that come your way.
Being a confident communicator and able to build excellent working relationships is also an essential requirement as multi-team working is required.
The use of an internal CRM system will be required; having experience in using these systems would be advantageous.
This can be a challenging role at times, having to meet the needs and sometimes demands of our customers, as well as managing what can seem like unrealistic expectations. You must be able to face and overcome these challenges with a smile.
