An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a global luxury fashion retailer in London as a customer service representative on a temporary basis. The company is situated in South East London and specializes in premium fashion and accessories.
This is a temporary role and will require the candidate to be immediately available.
What you’ll be working on:
1. Performing data entry
2. Ensuring outbound orders and customer returns are processed accurately
3. Displaying exemplary levels of customer service at all times
4. Improving product knowledge and advising customers on purchases
5. Liaising with other departments as necessary to meet customer demands

4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
5. Proficient computer and data entry skills
