A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join the staff of their Congleton-based primary school from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to work within a supportive and dynamic team, contributing to the continued success and development of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to students within the Key Stage 2 phase.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
* Provide a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that meets the individual needs of all pupils.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support to promote continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
* Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extra-curricular activities, events, and school improvement initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
* Will have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching at Key Stage 2 level.
* Possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering outstanding education.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage children in their learning.
* Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes.
* Be able to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the development of every child.
* Be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school community.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a primary school setting.
* A strong interest in professional development and furthering teaching practice.
