New Goods Coordinator

Job details
We are looking for a new goods coordinator to work full-time at our Westside offices.
1. You will regularly review the level of stock for all lines of bought in goods and assess the rates of sale.
2. Relocate stock between outlets in order to ensure all outlets are in stock with stock holdings being kept as low as possible.
3. Target optimum time to place replenishment orders and determine the quantities to be distributed to each outlet.
4. Manage the Wil-U stock module.
5. Identify to the Retail Support Team (RST) slow selling lines and to manage the clearance of this stock and discontinue from the range.
6. Identify and recommend potential new lines and types of product to enhance or supplement the core range of bought in goods.
7. Identify and recommend potential new seasonal lines and quantities that will perform well over a short period ensuring that there is little or no unsold surplus stock that would have to be stored for long periods.
8. Manage and grow the online shop and develop the awareness through selling of new goods product.
9. Work with the ecommerce manager to identify and recommend lines that could be sold via ecommerce.
10. Supply and identify opportunities for promotion and selling of new goods at retail led events.

What we’re looking for
* You must be a good communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Be resourceful.
* Must be highly motivated and organised and able to plan ahead.
* Previous experience in a busy administrative role, incorporating the need for accurate data entry, use of spreadsheets and databases as well as accurate record keeping.
* Experience of working in a charity environment and/or a customer-focused environment preferred.
