We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic people to join our Customer Care Team to provide telephone support to customers during their car buying journey.

What the role involves:
* To confidently handle inbound due diligence calls with customers to explain the terms of their finance agreement and provide accurate product information.
* Demonstrate active listening skills, and be able to identify potential risks of vulnerability or fraud.
* Assist and guide customers through any e-sign queries with a helpful and professional attitude.
* Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to achieve service levels and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Display a good understanding of funder products and regulatory obligations in line with FCA guidelines.
* Have a focus on achieving the best customer outcome with every call, and ensuring you keep up to date with regulatory training and development.

* The ability to multitask and problem solve whilst maintaining a professional and engaging experience for the customer during a call

* The ability to learn new systems and take on board training of regulatory products and processes
